Founder Story

Organizations rarely fail because of strategy.
They fail because the operating system can’t support it.

I founded Forme Strategies after leading a 90-person, multi-office firm through growth, a sale, a merger, and post-merger reintegration.

Those years taught me what actually drives performance at scale: aligned leaders, clear decision-making, strong operating cadence, and systems that reduce drag — not add to it.

Today, I help organizations build operating models that create clarity, stability, and momentum — especially during moments of accelerated change.
